Assistance With Making an Appointment

 

A receptionist will schedule a spa experience specifically for your needs.


Customer Requests

 

You may request a specific gender Massage Therapist while booking an appointment. We cannot guarantee that we will have your request available at all times. All Spa employees are trained to respect the privacy of our guests and to create a comfortable, relaxing environment for all.

Shaving

 

Shaving is not recommended before a Body Treatment or Men's Facial. If you choose to shave, please shave at least four hours prior to your service.

Health Problems and Comfort Level

 

Please notify our Receptionist before booking treatments if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments, or disabilities. This will prepare our staff far in advance to provide the best possible spa treatment or therapy for you.

 

When receiving your treatment, the Technician will address your needs based on your personal assessment. They will speak to you about the temperature, pressure, music, product, and sequence of service they are providing. You may also communicate to us how you are feeling during your service, and if there is anything specific you would like us to address, please inform the Technician.

What to Wear During a Treatment

 

Avalon does not uphold any dress code and is a clothing optional environment. It is recommended during a Body Treatment or Massage that those treatments are enjoyed without clothing although undergarments may be worn if preferred. Professional draping is performed throughout the duration of the service for privacy. We request that all guests take a shower prior to arrival.

Guest Timeliness

 

We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Arriving late will possibly interfere with your treatment, making it not as effective or therapeutic for you. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed. Treatment times are not extended based on late arrivals.


Cancellation Policy

 

Please notify the Spa six hours prior to your appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. If we do not receive a call, you will be charged 100% full payment for services not canceled in the time allotted. Services and prices are subject to change.

YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE

 

1. If you are making a purchase online, we want to make it as easy as possible. Purchases made as gifts are mailed within 2 to 3 business days. Note your receipt can also be your gift certificate as we store online purchases in our database.

 

2. We will use the shipping address submitted to mail the purchased gift certificate or product unless otherwise specified in the Special Instructions section.

 

3. Purchases made online cannot be refunded unless the order was placed in error or within 7 business days of receipt.
